  • Add  CO LOGO is there. Will feed from Corp App (during boarding). 
  • Add Acquisitions Manager & VA Caller / Leads Manager . 
  • Make sure your CORP and the the contact information is accurate

  • Make sure this field is always filled as it is how your CRM will identify and automatica functions towards any given chosen seller. Leave black only if you do not have the sellers information for some reason.

MORE SELLERS?

You can have up to 5 sellers, but we strongly recommend you deal with the SIGNOR or EXECUTOR only. Trust us, you DO NOT want to deal with 5 sellers and 1 property 😓  but if you have to, you are equipped.


  • Select how many more sellers you would like to add. 
  • You will see the newly added seller fields appear. If not, hit refresh.

CONFIRM A COUPLE THINGS

A lot of this information should've come to you from Sellers app. Specifically from the script section.


  • Condition and Sqft: most important items to confirm. By doing so, in the next step, your renovations budget will be able to calculate itself.
  • Occupancy: the deal could change completely dependent on this property, being occupied or vacant
  • County: This will help your offer be more professional at a later point
  • # of Units and Stories: important, but not crucial
  • Flood Zone: Sse the links above to search for tax records.
  • MLS Realtor: It is important to know if the property has already been unsuccessfully marketing.

SUGGESTED VALUES

We bring these valuations to you from multiple sources, including the MLS, Zillow, prop stream, and rentals databases. We have also relied on geographical data gather from sources across the nation. this information it's not always perfect, but is certainly reliable


  • Realtor Value: it is a combination of listed and sold comps, as well as pocket listings.

HARD MONEY LENDER - ARKAD CAPITAL


  • HM Downpayment Req: Three scenarios in which most potential borrowers fall under. As you select a different percentage, the loan amount and down payment requirements, as well as amount payments will change.

From here you can accomplish a couple things. You can schedule a walk-through with the seller via SMS with a simple Y or N response structure. You can select & coordinate with your boots on the ground delegate seamlessly & lastly create reports on the cost of construction or rehab for this project.

BOOTS ON THE GROUND

From here you can accomplish a couple things. You can schedule a walk-through with the seller via SMS with a simple Y or N response structure. You can notify your inspector, Contractor, boots on the ground, delegate about this event, and ultimately evaluate and report the cost of construction or rehab for this project.


  • PICK DATE / TIME: Make sure its a reasonable time. Afternoons always work best, If owner occupied.
  • PICK A BOOTS ON THE GROUND: Contractor, partner, buyer, realtor, financier, the list goes on. This person is your Boots on the ground person. He/She will walj the property, take pictures, make comments and send all this information back to you. The APP will calculate rehabs costs for you and make you aware of major issues if found.

SCHEDULE W SELLER & BOG

 You can send the seller an SMS asking for availability for you and an inspector to come by. If the seller agrees, he simply has to reply Y or N. If he  agrees, invite the boots on the ground affiliate on the next step
