REQUIREMENTS

Location: Must be based in New Jersey and have reliable transportation for travel within the state.
Passion for Real Estate: Eagerness to learn about real estate investing, wholesaling, and sales from experienced professionals.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with potential sellers, buyers, and team members.
Dependability and Accountability: Proven track record of being reliable and responsible in a professional or academic setting.
Sales and Negotiation Mindset: A natural interest in sales, with an open-minded and persuasive attitude.
Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, basic property analysis tools, and digital communication platforms (or a willingness to learn).
Multilingual Abilities: Bilingual or multilingual candidates are a plus, as this helps expand reach and build rapport with diverse clients.
Adaptability and Flexibility: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Availability: Able to dedicate a minimum number of hours per week to the internship, including potential weekend or evening hours as needed.
